Turret Rotary Positive Displacement Pump

A revolutionary design provides a 50% increase in productivity over current toggle head technology. Ideal for high-speed applications requiring 18,000 - 22,000 dots per hour. Mechanical Z-axis compensator ensures consistent dispensing height. Four independently programmed nozzles provide the perfect needle configuration for every component, from 0402 to PLCC. Like having four pumps in one, plus it's easy to program and maintain.

Camalot's new pump is custom-configured for each customer's exact needs. For 0402 and 0603 chip caps, the pump uses a medium shallow auger screw. For SOIC's, PLCC's and dual dots, the pump uses a deep cut auger screw. This unique combination of screw designs allows the Turret pump to run at a constant 20-50 milliseconds shotsize for all dots required.
